Do your feet need some care and attention?
We are a caring team of chiropodists and podiatrists with a wealth of experience, dedicated to providing the highest level of treatment and care for the feet.
We hold qualifications within the field of chiropody and podiatry and are members of the Society of Chiropodists & Podiatrists or the British Chiropody Association.
All podiatrists are registered with the Health Professional Council HPC, who ensure practitioners are practising legally, safely and effectively. This registration ensures that we have agreed to standards of conduct, performance and ethics set out by the council.
What does a podiatry assessment involve?
Your assessment will focus on the underlying cause of your problem as well as the treatment. Full examination/assessment is carried out at each appointment on each individual patient. This is essential to help determine if there are any problems/concerns and also helps the Podiatrist and patient to select the appropriate treatment.
During the treatment you will be asked about your medical history and given a foot health assessment which may include a nerve function test if required. You will be advise of our findings and the treatment that we wish to undertake.
Treatment and management for certain foot pathologies can be addressed whether they are verrucas, ingrown nails, corns, callus, (hard skin) thickened nails and general toenail cutting.
